Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gentrydumpsterrentals.com and the services Gentry Dumpster Rentals provides. Please read them carefully. By booking a rental or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Gentry Dumpster Rentals. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or the services. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the version posted here with the current “Last updated” date applies to your rental.
Services
Gentry Dumpster Rentals provides short-term dumpster rental for household, renovation, and job-site debris, including delivery, pickup, and disposal. Three sizes are available: 15 yard, 20 yard, and 25 yard.
Service runs across North Texas, including Grayson, Collin, Cooke, and Fannin counties, and into Durant and the surrounding area in Bryan County, Oklahoma.
Rental Terms
Rental period
Each rental runs for the window shown in your booking. If you need more time, contact Gentry before your pickup date and the rental can usually be extended. Extra-day terms and rates are shown during booking and on the pricing section of the website.
Placement and access
You are responsible for choosing a legal, safe, and accessible spot for the container, and for making sure Gentry has permission to place it there. Please keep the area clear and mention gates, low branches, soft ground, sprinklers, septic lines, or other hazards before delivery.
Permits
A container placed on your own private property usually does not need a permit. If it must sit on a street or public right-of-way, you are responsible for obtaining any permit your city or county requires.
Weight and fill limits
Each size includes a weight allowance, which is shown on the pricing section of the website and confirmed at booking. Loads over that allowance are billed at the published per-ton overage rate. Debris stacked above the top rail is not safe or legal to haul, may delay pickup, and is billed as overage. Please keep all material level with the top of the container.
Items that carry a separate fee
Some items carry their own disposal fee at the landfill. Tires are the common example. These items are accepted, but the fee is passed through, and Gentry will contact you with the amount before it is added to your invoice.
Prohibited items
For safety and to follow the law, the following may not be placed in the container:
- Chemicals and cleaning agents
- Car batteries and other large batteries
- Televisions, monitors, and large electronics
- Motor oil, grease, and gasoline
- Propane tanks and compressed gas cylinders
- Medical waste and sharps
- Anything containing asbestos
- Paint cans, varnishes, and stains
- Industrial glues and strong adhesives
- Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners, or anything else containing a refrigerant
- Any material prohibited by federal, state, or local law
Small appliances that do not contain a refrigerant are accepted. If you are unsure about an item, call (903) 287-7077 before loading it. You remain responsible for the materials placed in the container.
Pricing and Payment
Current pricing is shown on the website at the time you book. Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and may change if the actual weight or materials differ. Payment is due as described during booking, through the booking and payment providers Gentry uses. Charges for extra days, overweight loads, items that carry their own disposal fee, deliveries beyond the free delivery radius, or trips that cannot be completed for reasons outside Gentry’s control may apply as described at booking.
Cancellation and Changes
Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact Gentry as early as you can. Cancellations made on short notice, or after a container is already on the way or in place, may be subject to a fee as described in your booking.
Driveways and Surfaces
A note on driveways and surfaces
Placing and removing a heavy container carries some inherent risk, especially on older, cracked, sloped, or sealed surfaces.
By choosing the placement spot, you accept that risk for that location. Gentry is not responsible for damage that results from a placement location you requested, from pre-existing or weakened surfaces, or from conditions hidden below ground such as pipes, sprinklers, or septic systems. If you have any concern about your surface, raise it before delivery and Gentry will help you find the safest option.
Liability and Indemnification
You agree to use the services responsibly and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gentry Dumpster Rentals from claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the services, your choice of placement location, the contents you load, or your failure to follow these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gentry Dumpster Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.
Website Use
The content on gentrydumpsterrentals.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to Gentry Dumpster Rentals and is protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use it without written permission. Please do not use the site in any way that is unlawful or that could harm the site or other users.
Third-Party Links
The website may link to other sites, such as the booking platform, the customer portal, or a payment provider. Gentry is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact Gentry first so it can be resolved directly.
If it cannot be resolved informally, you and Gentry Dumpster Rentals agree that the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible. You and Gentry Dumpster Rentals agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action.
Force Majeure
Gentry is not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, ice storms, high wind, flooding, road closures, equipment failure, labor shortages, or acts of government. North Texas weather being what it is, the aim is always to keep you posted and reschedule quickly.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms stay in full effect.
